RCN Corporation’s fiber optic-based network solutions provider RCN Metro Optical Networks has received the Carrier Excellence Award for Enterprise Data Value as a result of ATLANTIC-ACM’s industry-wide survey the 2009 Business Connectivity Report Card. ATLANTIC-ACM, a leading provider of strategic research and consulting services in the telecommunications and information industry, gathered more than 3,000 individual ratings of carrier’s services and operations, from small-medium business and enterprise customers.
