Dish Network Utilize Amdocs Software To Reduce Receiver Repairs

Dish Network has announced that it has upgraded the Amdocs Logistics product, which will streamline Receiver Repairs. Dish Network has carried out the upgrade along with the Amdocs. The new version of Amdocs Logistics is enabling Dish Network to improve logging and resolution of service calls related to its receivers and other customer-premise equipment, and to manage equipment repair processes more effectively and to achieve cost savings, Amdocs is helping Dish Network deliver better service to its subscribers.
