Cox Communications Receives J.D. Power Honor For Customer Satisfaction for Sixth Consecutive Year

Cox Communications was ranked high in J.D. Power and Associates’ 2008 Residential Regional Telephone Customer Satisfaction Study in the West. Cox receives this award for the sixth consecutive year and Cox was awarded highest honors in overall satisfaction, scored 23 points higher than the West average. Cox ranked highest on every factor comprising overall satisfaction, which includes performance and reliability, cost of service, customer service, billing and offerings and promotions.
