Cox Appoints Kim Stanley As Vice President of Operations, Roanoke

Cox Communications has appointed Kim Stanley as Vice President of Operations for the Roanoke, Virginia operations. She will report to Mr. Gary McCollum, Cox General Manager and Senior Vice President and responsible for day-to-day management of the Roanoke operation, strategic development of personnel, and financial performance and growth of the operation.

Ms. Stanley was Vice President of Cox Business in Roanoke and before joining Cox; Ms. Stanley was with Level 3 Communications and served as their Vice President of Partner Sales East, as well as their Regional Vice President of Sales and Operations. In addition, Ms. Stanley has held various leadership positions at KMC Telecom and MCI Communications.

Mr. McCollum said “”With more than 20 years experience in the cable and telecommunications industry, Kim brings an array of excellent leadership skills to this position. We look forward to her contributions toward further strengthening the Cox operations in Roanoke.”
